About Darrib

Darrib, by TIQNIA (Egypt), gives every teacher an education platform under their own name: lessons and videos, exams and homework, recharge codes, attendance and parent follow-up. The teacher owns the content and the relationship with their students; Darrib provides the tools and hosting.

Account and sign-in

  • You sign in with your mobile number and a code sent by SMS. That number is your identity on every platform you use on Darrib.
  • You are responsible for your phone and the device you sign in from. If your phone is lost or someone learned a code, ask your teacher or support to end your sessions.
  • Accounts are personal: do not share your account or let anyone else use it.
  • If the student is under 18, their parent or guardian agrees to their use of the platform and can follow them with their own number.

Teachers' obligations

  • The teacher is responsible for the content they upload and their right to publish it, and for the prices and offers they set.
  • The teacher is responsible for financial dealings with their students (transfers, centre codes, refunds), unless the payment went through Darrib's payment gateway, in which case the gateway's terms apply.
  • Unlawful, offensive or copied content is not allowed. Darrib may remove such content and suspend the account.
  • The teacher's Darrib subscription renews per the chosen plan; if it lapses, the platform pauses until renewal without content being deleted immediately.

Students' obligations

  • Content is for personal use only: recording, filming, publishing or selling videos is not allowed. Files carry a watermark with your name and number.
  • Trying to open content you have not subscribed to, or tampering with exams or codes, is logged and may suspend the account.
  • The number of views per video and the subscription period are set by the teacher and shown before you subscribe.

Payments and refunds

  • Prices are set by the teacher, and payment is by the methods the teacher enables (transfer, a centre recharge code, or a payment gateway).
  • Refund requests are handled with the teacher directly. For a problem with a payment made through Darrib's gateway, contact support within 14 days.

Liability and suspension

  • We do our best to keep the platform available and secure, but there may be temporary interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
  • Darrib is not responsible for teachers' content or students' academic results.
  • We may suspend any account that breaks these terms, and you may close your account at any time (how).

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; for important changes we will notify you on the platform first. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are first settled amicably.
