تطبيق «دَرّب» من TIQNIA — تقدر تطلب مسح حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت.

إزاي تطلب مسح حسابك

  1. ابعت إيميل لـ [email protected] بعنوان «طلب مسح حساب».
  2. اكتب رقم الموبايل اللي بتدخل بيه، واسم المدرس / المنصة اللي عايز تمسح حسابك منها (أو اكتب «كل المنصات»).
  3. هنتأكد إن الرقم بتاعك بكود بيوصلك في رسالة على نفس الرقم (عشان محدش يمسح حساب حد تاني).
  4. بنمسح الحساب خلال 30 يوم بحد أقصى، وبنبعتلك تأكيد.

طرق تانية

  • عن طريق المدرس: مدرسك يقدر يمسحك من طلاب منصته من لوحة التحكم.
  • ولي الأمر يقدر يطلب مسح بيانات ابنه أقل من 18 سنة بنفس الطريقة من رقمه المسجّل عند المدرس.
  • المدرس اللي عايز يقفل منصته كلها: ابعتلنا من الرقم المسجّل كصاحب المنصة.

إيه اللي بيتمسح

  • اسمك ورقمك وبيانات حسابك وصورتك، وجلساتك وأجهزتك المسجّلة ورمز الإشعارات.
  • إجاباتك وتسجيلاتك الصوتية وصور إجاباتك وصور إيصالاتك.
  • البوستات والتعليقات بتاعتك في المجتمع بتتمسح أو بتتحوّل لـ «مستخدم محذوف».

إيه اللي ممكن نحتفظ بيه

  • سجلات المدفوعات والفواتير (من غير بيانات زيادة) للمدة اللي القانون والضرايب بيلزمونا بيها.
  • أرقام إحصائية مجمّعة مش بتعرّف حد (زي عدد الطلبة اللي حضروا حصة).
  • النسخ الاحتياطية بتتمسح تلقائياً خلال 90 يوم.

Delete your Darrib account

The Darrib app by TIQNIA. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. E-mail [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request".
  2. Include the mobile number you sign in with and the teacher / platform you want to leave (or "all platforms").
  3. We confirm the number is yours with a code sent by SMS to that number.
  4. We delete the account within 30 days at most and send you a confirmation.

Other ways

  • Through your teacher: the teacher can remove you from their platform in the dashboard.
  • Parents can request deletion for a child under 18 the same way, from the number the teacher has on file.
  • Teachers who want to close their whole platform: write to us from the owner's registered number.

What is deleted

  • Your name, number, account details and photo; your sessions, registered devices and push token.
  • Your answers, voice recordings, answer photos and receipt images.
  • Your community posts and comments are deleted or shown as "deleted user".

What we may keep

  • Payment and invoice records (nothing more) for the period required by law and tax rules.
  • Aggregated statistics that identify no one.
  • Backups expire automatically within 90 days.
